Trout Fishing
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced fisher, if you want to go trout
fishing here in the South West you really are spoilt for choice, from wild brownies in
quiet secluded meadowland streams, the boulder strewn streams of the high moors,
the chalk-stream like fishing on the River Otter or rainbow trout fishing from boat or
bank on one of the many beautiful reservoirs. Whether you are seeking an introduction to
fly fishing, there is an advanced technique that you wish to master or you wish to be a budding competition rod that wants to get a head of the pack Gary’s friendly and easy manner will help
you get the most out of your day. Individual and group bookings taken for trout fishing.

Fishing for Grayling
During the autumn Gary’s attention is firmly focused on fishing for grayling. This beautiful and underrated game fish is present here in the South West on the rivers Exe and Tamar plus its tributaries. There are good numbers of grayling present with fish up to 2lb quite common.
Bookings on the Tamar system are only available until the 31st October, whilst fishing on the
Exe continues throughout the winter when water levels permit.
If you would like to improve your skills, learn how and where to fish for grayling,
or maybe you are after a big one in some secluded and stunning locations; we would
advise you to book early to avoid disappointment.
All guiding and lessons for grayling are on a one to one basis.
